By designing sport-specific and individualized strength and conditioning programs we work with you and your coaches to maximize your training sessions.
Before commencing a program every individual will undertake a comprehensive assessment where athletic goals, training schedules and baseline measures are taken. We understand every millimeter and millisecond counts in maximizing performance, so these measures let us both design a specific program for you and to also track your performance.
Rehab to High Performance
At SoWal PT, we are lucky to have a team of health professionals who work together to take you from your injury, through your rehab process and onto high performance.
Our physical therapist will treat and guide you through the acute stages of your injury with a combination of manual therapy and the commencement of rehabilitation exercises. As your rehabilitation progresses, our physical therapist will work on more sport-specific rehabilitation. The combination of these therapies is shown to reduce recovery time and help to maintain your general fitness while recovering from injury.

You don’t need to be an athlete to benefit from training with our Physical Therapist. Everyone can benefit from supervised training, whether it be to improve your general fitness, improve your strength or to improve your mental wellbeing.
