DO YOU ACCEPT MY INSURANCE?

We are an out-of-network with, cash-based provider, and cannot guarantee reimbursement from your insurance provider. Your care is not limited by restrictions placed by insurance companies, meaning you are in control of your situation. Florida is also a direct access state which means you don't need a referral to be seen for physical therapy, allowing you to get a head start on your healthcare needs. 

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN PHYSICAL THERAPY AND WELLNESS CARE?

We consider wellness care to be preventative care, which is care that is not typically covered by insurance. Most people tend to wait until something is wrong before seeking care, but we take great pride in providing care to help prevent an injury in the first place.   

WHAT GEOGRAPHICAL AREAS DO YOU COVER?

At this time, South Walton County. To ensure high-quality, efficient care, we try to limit travel time, which ensures that we will arrive on time. Your time is valuable, so we do not want to keep you waiting.

HOW OFTEN ARE THE APPOINTMENTS?

We don’t believe in a one-size-fits approach to care, so this varies from person to person. Some people are seen as frequently as 2x a week, and others 2x a month. It depends on each person’s fitness goals.
